In this face-to-face session, you will learn prominent acupoints that are considered to be helpful in the management of PPGP, offering several alternative approaches depending on what sysmptoms your client presents with.
A clinical reasoning discussion will guide you to make decisions on if and when to use acupuncture with PPGP sufferers.
Needling skills for menopausal and cancer related hot flushes will be delivered in the face-to-face session, with the underpining theory of hot flushes and acupucture mechansims of action given on the online platform.
Combined with education and good bladder health, acupuncture can have an extrmeley positive effect on OAB symptoms. The online theoretical principles and research that underpins acupuncture for OAB is complemented with a face-to-face session in needling skills, concentrating on prominent acupoints and potential recipes that have been shown to be effective.
An ailment with very few treatment options, we explore the potential use of acupuncture for vulvadynia and vaginisimus in a face-to-face needling session.
