About

Aly is a skilled acupuncturist and reflexologist with a decade of combined experience in these practices. Her journey began with reflexology training in the South East and London, before pursuing acupuncture through an apprentice-style program in a busy multi-bed clinic. This hands-on training allowed Aly to refine her techniques while embracing the rich traditions of acupuncture.

Alongside her core acupuncture and reflexology skills, Aly has expanded her expertise with additional qualifications in facial acupuncture, auricular acupuncture, and cupping therapy.

Now running her own rural clinic, Aly is passionate about sharing her knowledge with fellow therapists. She brings a wealth of insight into both traditional practices and modern restorative applications, creating a learning environment that’s as practical as it is inspiring.
