I’m Kelly and I’m a Chartered Physiotherapist. Before that, I was a Sports Therapist. Amongst it all, I did my Yoga Teacher Training in Chang Mai in Thailand and I’ve been practising Meditation since childhood and Yoga since my teenage years.
I use both being a practitioner and teacher of Yoga and Meditation to my advantage. They form part of my coping strategies and I happen to make a living from teaching too, so it’s a win-win. Teaching my class, which I call Breathing Space, is never a chore. I often think I get as much out of it as my students do. I also teach baby and mama yoga and hold classes for minority groups such as those with ASD and sensory deficit. I’m passionate about getting the benefits of Yoga and Meditation to as many people as I can and positive feedback from students is some of the best kind of job satisfaction there is.
As your yoga teacher, I’m well equipped to educate you at a manageable pace so that you will be knowledgeable, proficient and confident to run your own classes with great success. I’m here to guide and support you so please utilise the option of the virtual one to one support sessions as they arise throughout this course and get in touch with any queries.
