How Often Should You Get A Deep Tissue Massage?
There is no set time period for getting a deep tissue massage as it can vary based on individual needs. If you are new to deep tissue massage, it is recommended to have one massage per week for six weeks to allow your body to get used to the amount of pressure. After this, one massage every 2-4 weeks should allow you to feel the benefits sooner.
