Cancelling an Event

Cancellation by the delegate

• If you cancel your booking within fourteen (14) calendar days of Breeze Academy receiving your order confirmation, and have not accessed any online content, you are entitled to a full refund of the price paid.
• If you have accessed any online content, no refund will be offered.
• If you book onto a course or event four (4) weeks or closer to the start date, you will not be eligible for a refund.
• Cancellations resulting from an unsuccessful visa application or failure to meet entry requirements are not eligible for a refund.

  All course enrolments are final. Once a participant has enrolled — no refunds or cancellations will be issued. Refunds will only be made in circumstances explicitly outlined in these Terms and Conditions.

  To cancel a booking, you must submit your request in writing to enquiries@breeze.academy or fill out the form below, clearly stating that you are requesting a cancellation.

  Refunds (where applicable under the 14-day policy) will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with Breeze Academy.

  Please note that Breeze Academy cannot reimburse any pre-booked travel or accommodation costs, and delegates are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance to cover any significant expenses incurred.

To cancel a booking, you must do so in writing to on the form provided below making it explicitly clear that you are requesting a cancellation and subsequent refund. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Breeze Academy Membership Cancellation

• If you change your mind, you can cancel your subscription within 14 days of purchase and receive a refund. The refund is subject to reasonable use of resources provided within the membership. 
• The minimum term for the membership is 3 months, and you cannot cancel your subscription within this period.  
• If you wish to cancel your subscription after the 3-month period, all payments already made are non-refundable
