Day 1: Mapping, Methods & Confident Beginnings
- Get clear on the learning outcomes and course structure
- Explore foot assessment and learn to identify contraindications
- Map reflex zones and understand their connections to the body
- Practise core reflexology techniques including pressure and pacing
- Set up for treatment and develop your practitioner flow
- Work through parts 1 and 2 of a full treatment sequence
Day 2: Integrating Skills & Preparing for Practice
- Complete a full reflexology sequence with parts 3 and 4
- Learn how to screen clients and create effective treatment plans
- Demonstrate your skills through a practical assessment
- Submit a written treatment plan for tutor feedback
- Explore the business side of reflexology, including setup and client care
- End the day with an open Q&A and next steps in your journey
