COURSE STRUCTURE
We’ve designed this course to fit around your schedule. Everything is broken down into manageable, flexible sections so you can learn at your own pace — whenever it works best for you. Here’s how it’s structured:
As soon as you enrol, you’ll get access to our online learning platform. Here, you’ll work through interactive modules covering the foundations of reflexology — including theory, foot anatomy, foot mapping, and the history and evolution of the practice. Expect videos, quizzes, and resources to help consolidate your learning at your own pace.
Over two hands-on training days, you’ll bring your learning to life. Under expert guidance, you’ll practise reflexology techniques, explore sequencing and treatment planning, and gain experience giving and receiving full treatments in a supportive environment.
To build confidence and fluency, you’ll be encouraged to carry out practice sessions on friends, family, or volunteers. This self-directed learning is a great way to refine your technique and prepare for treating clients professionally.

Over two practical and engaging days, you’ll develop the hands-on skills needed to deliver safe, effective reflexology treatments with confidence and clarity. Guided by an experienced tutor, you’ll explore key techniques, treatment sequences, and professional practices — all designed to support client wellbeing and prepare you for real-world clinical work.
Day 1 sets the foundation with a practical, hands-on introduction to reflexology. You’ll begin by exploring key learning outcomes and getting familiar with reflex point mapping across the feet. From there, the focus shifts to assessing the feet, identifying contraindications, and learning how to prepare for safe, professional treatments. You’ll be guided through essential reflexology techniques and work through the first and second parts of a full treatment sequence — building confidence from the ground up.
Day 2 builds on the techniques from the previous session, guiding you through the final parts of the full reflexology treatment sequence. You’ll deepen your understanding of screening and treatment planning, learning how to tailor sessions to meet individual client needs. The day also includes a short safety assessment and a practical evaluation, where you’ll demonstrate your skills and submit a treatment plan. To round things off, there’s an open discussion on setting up and running a reflexology practice — plus time for questions, reflection, and next steps.

What should I bring with me to the practical workshop?
Don’t worry about bringing anything to your practical workshop – we’ve got everything covered for you! Just come in loose, comfortable clothing. You’ll also want to have your practical manuals, which you can easily download from the online platform beforehand or access online during the workshop.
All our venues have Wi-Fi, so you’ll be all set to dive into the practical sessions and make the most of your time!
Do I need to complete all the online modules before the practical workshop?
No — it’s not essential to complete all the online modules before attending the practical workshop, but we strongly recommend working through as much as you can beforehand. Having a good grasp of the basics will help you get more from the hands-on training and feel more confident during practical sessions.

What happens if I don’t pass the assessment?
We understand that assessments can feel a bit intimidating, but rest assured, you won’t be unprepared. Throughout the course, you’ll gain plenty of hands-on practice and receive constructive feedback to help you build confidence and refine your technique. If any areas need more attention, we’ll identify them early on and provide the support you need to improve during the workshop.
On the day of the practical assessment, if you don’t quite meet the required standard, we’ll have a clear conversation about your next steps. We’ll discuss what additional support or learning might be needed before you can complete the qualification. Our goal is always to give you the best opportunity to succeed – with clear expectations, a supportive environment, and tutors who are genuinely invested in helping you feel confident and capable in your practice.
When will I receive my certificate?
Once you’ve attended the practical workshop, completed the online material, submitted your treatment plan and paid in full, your certificate will be automatically generated and available for immediate download.
Can I practise reflexology immediately after the course?
Yes — once you’ve successfully completed the course and assessments, you’ll be able to offer reflexology treatments to clients. You’ll be qualified to work with a wide range of clients seeking support for relaxation, stress reduction, general wellbeing, and more. You’ll just need to ensure you have the appropriate insurance in place, and we provide guidance on how to secure this during the course.
