There are no formal entry requirements for this pathway — it’s open to anyone with a genuine interest in reflexology, acupuncture and holistic health. You’ll begin with a fully accredited reflexology qualification, which equips you to work safely with clients straight away. From there, you’ll move step by step through Entry Level and Bridging before reaching our Foundation Acupuncture & Dry Needling Course, where you’ll gain advanced clinical skills.

This pathway is ideal if you want to start with an accessible, client-focused qualification and work your way towards advanced acupuncture. Reflexology gives you a professional entry point, building practical skills and confidence in holistic care. From there, you’ll move into entry level acupuncture, bridging, and finally the foundation course, developing advanced clinical reasoning and needling expertise along the way. It’s a structured, flexible, and accredited route that equips you with the credibility and scope to thrive in the health and wellness field.

This pathway blends holistic and clinical skills, giving you four recognised qualifications that build on each other step by step:

• Level 3 Reflexology Course: Begin with a fully accredited reflexology qualification, combining online study with two practical training days. You’ll master foot anatomy, reflex point mapping, treatment sequencing, and safe client assessment — all under expert tutor guidance. Real-world practice and feedback mean you’ll leave ready to deliver professional reflexology treatments with confidence.
• Entry Level Acupuncture Course: Progress naturally into acupuncture with a structured, supportive course. You’ll complete online modules at your own pace before joining two immersive workshop days, where you’ll gain hands-on experience in safe needling techniques and learn how to apply acupuncture for relaxation, stress, fatigue, and women’s health.
• Bridging Course (Online): Deepen your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and pain science with this flexible online course. It’s designed to strengthen your clinical reasoning and prepare you for the advanced applications covered at foundation level.
• Foundation Acupuncture & Dry Needling Course: The final stage of the pathway is our advanced foundation course. Across three intensive workshop days, supported by online modules and post-course learning, you’ll master complex needling techniques for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. This course equips you with the confidence and competence to integrate acupuncture and dry needling safely into professional practice.

This pathway is ideal if you want to begin with holistic therapy and gradually progress into advanced acupuncture practice. It suits complete beginners who are curious about reflexology and acupuncture, as well as wellness professionals looking to add new, accredited skills. With reflexology as your first qualification, you’ll gain the confidence to work with clients right away, then continue step by step through entry, bridging, and foundation to build advanced needling expertise.

By completing this pathway, you’ll develop a versatile skill set that begins with holistic reflexology and builds right through to advanced acupuncture and dry needling. You’ll be able to:

• Deliver safe, effective reflexology treatments using a wide range of techniques and treatment sequences.
• Apply reflexology principles such as zone theory and foot mapping to support whole-body wellbeing.
• Carry out professional consultations, assess client needs, and plan tailored treatment sessions with confidence.
• Communicate the benefits of reflexology in supporting physical, emotional, and energetic balance.
• Practise safe, protocol-based acupuncture techniques for common wellbeing concerns such as stress, fatigue, anxiety, bloating, and women’s health.
• Strengthen your understanding of anatomy, physiology, and pain science through bridging, developing strong clinical reasoning skills.
• Build a deep understanding of musculoskeletal assessment, linking theory with hands-on application.
• Master advanced acupuncture and dry needling techniques to treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions.
• Integrate both holistic and clinical approaches, enabling you to support clients with relaxation, wellbeing, and pain management.
• Work to the highest professional standards, from safe practice and ethical care to effective client communication.
• Graduate with four accredited qualifications that expand your scope of practice, enhance your professional credibility, and prepare you for long-term success.

Once you enrol, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started with your level 3 reflexology course. You’ll then confirm your preferred course date and location so we can book you onto your practical workshop.

We suggest leaving around 4–6 months between each qualification. This gives you time to absorb what you’ve learned, put your skills into practice, and build confidence before moving on. As you progress, your other courses will be added to your dashboard — unlocking the next step when you’re ready.

• Enrol and receive your welcome email – Once you’ve confirmed your course choice, go ahead and enrol! You’ll then receive a welcome email with all the information you need to access your reflexology course materials and prepare for your practical workshop.
• Confirm your course date and location – After enrolling, please confirm your preferred date and location for your reflexology course (if you’ve not done so already) to make sure everything’s locked in and ready to go.

As you progress through the pathway, you’ll have a recommended 4–6 months between each qualification to consolidate and apply your learning. Your other courses will be added to your dashboard as you move forward.
