About
Claire Gregory brings nearly two decades of experience within the health and wellness sector, specialising in sports and exercise, women’s health, and pre- and postpartum care. Since 2006, she has been actively involved in designing and delivering CPD and adult learning programmes, driven by a deep passion for providing high-quality education to aspiring therapists.
As a co-founder and clinical director of The Female Fitness Academy, Claire has honed her expertise in treating a broad spectrum of women’s health conditions, from pregnancy to post-menopause. Her holistic approach focuses on optimising health and well-being, tailored to the unique needs of her patients.
In collaboration with Breeze Academy, Claire shares her extensive knowledge and practical expertise by teaching on the Acupuncture & Dry Needling courses and leading the Sports Massage Level 3 and Level 4 Diplomas. Her commitment to empowering healthcare professionals with evidence-based skills makes her an invaluable part of the team.
