Michaela (Kai) is a dedicated Level 3 and 4 Sports Massage Tutor and professional Reflexologist with a passion for both therapy and teaching. With expertise in sports massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), dry cupping, and pregnancy massage, she brings a wealth of experience to the classroom, ensuring her students gain practical skills and confidence.

Known for her engaging and adaptable teaching style, Kai connects with students of all ages, from those new to the industry to seasoned professionals. She takes great pride in witnessing her students succeed, whether it’s mastering a technique, earning a qualification, or stepping into their careers.

Kai’s global journey has enriched her expertise, having worked and travelled across Europe, including five years in Spain. This experience has deepened her appreciation for diverse cultures and therapeutic approaches, while Greece’s islands hold a special place in her heart.

Committed to lifelong learning, Kai stays current with the latest developments in sports massage and holistic therapies. Her mission is to inspire, educate, and empower future therapists to make a lasting impact in their field.
