What are the entry requirements?
Seeing as you’ll be starting with level 3 sports massage, there are no formal entry requirements for this pathway – it’s open to anyone with the motivation to learn and a genuine interest in helping others feel and perform at their best.
You’ll just need to be at least 16 years old and have good communication skills, which are key for building trust with clients and working confidently in a hands-on environment.

Once you enrol, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started with your level 3 sports massage course. You’ll then confirm your preferred course date and location so we can book you onto your practical workshop.
We suggest leaving around 4–6 months between each qualification. This gives you time to absorb what you’ve learned, put your skills into practice, and build confidence before moving on. As you progress, your entry level, bridging and foundation course will be added to your dashboard — unlocking the next step when you’re ready.
Whilst you’re doing one of our courses we recommend you get student insurance. Both the Federation of Holistic Therapists and the Sports Therapy Organisation offer student membership to cover you while you learn.
